Abia State University, Uturu ABSU post UTME – Direct Entry / admission screening exercise application form for the 2016/2017 academic session is out.

 ABSU post UTME minimum cut-off mark is 180. The University will also give consideration to UTME candidates who did not make ABSU their choice but scored 180 and above in the last UTME and are interested in the University.

The management of the Abia State University, Uturu ABSU invites candidates who made the institution their 1st choice, 2nd choice and those who did not use ABSU as their choice but scored 180 and above in the 2016 JAMB examination,to fill on-line, their relevant admission requirements for screening. Direct Entry candidates are also invited.

ABSU ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS [UTME & DE]

ABSU will admit only candidates who made at least five (5) credit passes including ENGLISH LANGUAGE in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB in the relevant subjects at not more than two sittings, a minimum of UPPER CREDIT for direct entry candidate and one sitting for Medicine and Surgery.

HOW TO APPLY FOR ABSU POST UTME SCREENING EXERCISE.

Eligible candidates should proceed to any of the designated banks of their choice and obtain scratch card:

UMUAHIA:
Mainstreet Bank Plc; Skye Bank Plc: Zenith Bank Plc; First Bank Plc; Fidelity Bank Plc; Union Bank Plc.

ABA:
UBA Plc, Aba Owerri Road branch and Union Bank Plc, Aba-Owerri Road Branch.
to obtain the scratch card for registration.

The value is as follows:
Screening (N2,500.00); checking of admission Status, (N2, 500.00, both with the same scratch card.

(a) Proceed to any cyber café.

(b) Log on to ABSU Portal:www.absu.edu.ng and complete the Application Form.

(c) Finally, confirm your entry and print a copy of the Form as evidence of participation.
